Throughout the earlier stages, consultant costs such as draftsmen, engineers and soil testing are paid directly to those professionals. This ensures clarity and independence in documentation prior to construction.

Confidence Before Commitment

Before signing, you will have:

  • A detailed Fixed Price Project Quotation
  • Clearly defined inclusions
  • Finalised construction drawings
  • Confirmed specifications
  • Agreed timelines

At this stage, there are no assumptions. Both parties understand the full scope of works.

Master Builders® Construction Contract

Upon acceptance of the quotation, a Master Builders® Construction Contract is prepared and reviewed in detail.

This contract outlines:

  • Scope of works
  • Construction timelines
  • Payment schedules
  • Legislative requirements
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Defects liability provisions

Clients are encouraged to review the agreement thoroughly and seek clarification on any clause. We prioritise transparency and informed decision-making.

Deposit & Council Application

A deposit of 5% of the Project Quotation is payable upon contract signing. This enables us to proceed with Council applications and statutory approvals required to commence construction.
