I have been working with Jefferies Builders since 2007 in this time they have built 6 stages of Regency Park along with many other community buildings including our Club House.
Todd and his team's work has always been of a very high standard, any warranty work that was required was always completed promptly.
Jefferies Builders commenced doing our Reinstatement works in 2015 at Regency Park, the property team and senior management were impressed with their work, and over the next couple of years Jefferies was doing all the reinstatement work for Retirement Living in Area South.

Todd is by far the best builder we have ever had the privilege of working with to build our beautiful home at Swanfels. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he often had creative ideas and suggestions which, although harder for his team, he knew would give a better look and finish.
Todd is always very approachable and made our building process very hassle free. This flows through to the skilled team he has within his company. Bill and Geoff certainly deserve a mention! Great blokes, great personalities and so very skilled at their trades.
Our only regret has been not knowing Todd when we have built houses in the past. We will always highly recommend Jeffries Builders!

We have been working with Todd Jeffries and his staff recently during renovations to our medical practice rooms, and have been impressed by the level of professionalism and courtesy. Todd immediately recognised the difficulty for us carrying out building work during standard business hours, and arranged for all works to be conducted after hours. Jeffries Builders have worked long hours at nights and on weekends to accommodate our needs.
The quality and craftsmanship of the work completed has been very good, and all work has been done in consideration of our project budget. Any changes or extra tasks have been incorporated obligingly. All arrangements for meetings on-site or to commence work, were always attended punctually, whether by Todd himself or his staff.
